System allows entry of Identity information of the convicted individuals whose federal benefits are denied by the US courts, and other individuals convicted of fraud or felony arising out of a contract with DOD. Entry of verification requests are allowed to confirm if an individual is excluded from receiving federal benefits from DFB or DPFD. Identity information entry can be added by the authorized court users and US Attorney's office authorized users. Collected information regarding those individuals are shared with the General Services Administration for inclusion in the Lists of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs, more commonly known as the Debarment List. Denial of Federal Benefits (DFB) Program is established under Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. Defense Procurement Fraud Debarment (DPFD) Program is established under Section 815, Subsection 10 of the National Defense Authorization Act (Public Law 102-484, 10 United States Code, Section 2408). Access to this system is for authorized uses only. I understand that requests for verification must only be submitted regarding individuals who will be the recipient of one of the federal benefits. Authorized Use - Federal agencies are required to consult the Debarment List to ensure compliance with the provisions of the statute. Any unauthorized or improper use of the system is prohibited.
